You send the intake form → I reply with everything you need to know → I send a quick text just to ensure the details didn’t land in your spam folder.

From there, take your time reading it. Sit with it. Think it over. If you feel we are the right fit for your visual goals and want to move forward, you choose a time for a short phone call that fits your schedule. Even then, I never call out of the blue—I check in with a text first so you’re never caught off guard.

The goal is simple: calm communication, clear expectations, and zero sales-pitch energy. Because this deliberate, slow-paced approach requires a significant block of dedicated studio time for each client, calendar space is naturally limited.
