Privacy Policy

Effective May 8, 2026

1. Information Collected I collect name, contact details, and session preferences provided via my intake forms or booking process.
2. Use of Data Data is used exclusively for session communication, business accounting, and delivering your images and heirlooms.
3. Third-Party Sharing I do not sell your data. Information is only shared with essential service providers (e.g., gallery hosting, professional print labs, and secure payment processors).
4. Security & Rights I use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. You may request to access, update, or delete your data at any time by contacting me.

Client Contract Terms

Image usage, rescheduling, storage & payment

Image Ownership & Usage

All images remain the copyright and property of Pink Chair Photography, LLC. Client receives a license for personal use only (printing, sharing, personal display) — not for commercial use, resale, or alteration. Pink Chair Photography retains the right to use session images for portfolio, marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. Clients who prefer their images remain private may request this in writing prior to the session; such requests will be honored.

Reshoots & Rescheduling

Reshoots are offered solely to correct technical failures on the part of the photographer (e.g., equipment malfunction) and are not provided for reasons of client preference or dissatisfaction with posing, expression, or styling. Clients may reschedule their session once, at no charge, provided the new date falls within 30 days of the original session date. This policy excludes seasonal mini sessions, which are limited-availability, themed events not eligible for rescheduling.

Payment Terms

A non-refundable retainer is due at time of booking to reserve the client's session date. The remaining balance is due in full no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled session. Clients with an outstanding balance as of the day before their session will be treated as a no-show; their session will be forfeited and require rescheduling, subject to a new retainer.

Image Storage & Delivery

Pink Chair Photography is not a backup or archival service for client images. Delivered digital files are guaranteed to remain available for retrieval for 30 days from the date of delivery. Clients are responsible for downloading and independently backing up their images within this window.

Liability

Client agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Pink Chair Photography, LLC and its owner/operator from any claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in the session, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or dissatisfaction with the final images or their portrayal. This does not limit liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct where prohibited by law.
