How many employees can you photograph in one day?

Corporate events are designed for teams of 20 to 160 employees. A half-day session runs up to 4 hours; a full-day session up to 8 hours. Contact us with your headcount and we'll recommend the right format.

Do you come to our office, or do employees travel to a studio?

We bring everything to you — a full professional studio including lighting, backdrop, and equipment — directly to your Charleston-area office or event space. No travel required from your team.

How do employees receive their final photos?

All retouched headshots are delivered in a single gallery to your HR or marketing contact. Files are high-resolution and ready for web, LinkedIn, print directories, and press materials.

Will all the headshots look consistent?

Yes — that's a core part of the service. Every team member is photographed with the same lighting, backdrop, and framing, ensuring a cohesive look across your entire organization's materials.

What areas do you serve for on-site events?

Greater Charleston including North Charleston, Goose Creek, Hanahan, Summerville, Moncks Corner, Mount Pleasant, West Ashley, and Joint Base Charleston. Reach out if you're outside this area.

How far in advance should we book?
